| Submit Your Results! A huge benefit to using the Morning Catalyst program is the ability to track your progress. You may not realize, but we keep and measure data on every single workout you do! We can tell you the last day you missed, the average number of times per week you do your homework, or your best performance on any given exercise. We can compare you to the average for the whole group, or your age group, or sex, or almost any other variable! We’re now about to begin incorporating this data (anonymously, of course) into our correspondance with you. It’s now more important than ever to submit your workout results – even if you just let us know that you DID the workout – than ever! If you don’t want to let us know the specifics of your workout – and we DEFINITELY recommend that you do – just let us know that you did indeed do something! We’ll provide better encouragement and support that way! Part of our service is to give you objective feedback on your progress. Our own research has shown that daily feedback makes you work out harder AND more often! If you’re being compared to others (again, anonymously) you’re more likely to gain positive reinforcement! At the end of the workout, just click the great big “SUBMIT” button at the bottom of your email, or visit www.morningcatalyst.com to enter your results.
